*Please note that we have guidelines for decorations, which we will review with you prior to the event. Failure to adhere to the guidelines may result in the inability to book the facility for future events. For example: Decorations must be removed immediately after your event, and duct tape is not permitted.

If applicable, is there anything we should know about your food setup or requirements? (ex. Caterer will need to arrive early to display food.)

Will you have a DJ?

If applicable, please provide the name of your DJ and the duration of their performance.
